Recommend for a day tour

Comfortable room, clean amenities, including a fitness center and flat-screen TV, made for a pleasant overnight stay before my early flight, and the free airport shuttle service was timely and convenient.

The staff were super friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was nice, and I loved that they had a small exercise room I could use solo. Breakfast started at 4am, which was awesome since I had an early flight. They had biscuits and gravy, too! Just wish the TV was a bit bigger.

Overall, this hotel was well-kept with friendly staff, and the breakfast was decent, but the uncomfortable bed and the lack of available USB ports were a letdown. Minor cleanliness issues were also noted, but the location was great for airport access.

The staff was helpful, even went outta their way to get us plates for our pizza. Breakfast options were solid, more than just some danishes and coffee, we got hot biscuits and gravy!

Heavy renovation work is noticeable throughout the hotel, with outdated rooms lacking inviting decor. Upon arrival, a temporary entrance without overhead protection made for an unpleasant first impression, especially during rain—no way to escape those puddles with a wheeled suitcase. The elevator was in poor condition with dirty walls that felt neglected. The breakfast area also fell short, with cleanliness issues, especially around the cereal display, which had an unappetizing selection. Additionally, I noticed that amenities felt dated, which may not be suitable for those expecting a modern experience.

The King Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice, but not super plush. The bathroom was well-kept, and the shower was decent. The TV had a ton of channels, so we could unwind easily. Overall, it was a solid room but nothing overly special about the bedding. Also, the vibe felt a bit standard for a hotel, no extra charm or anything.

I had such a good stay! The staff went above and beyond, giving us a complimentary shuttle service bright and early-shoutout to Robin for making our 5:20 AM ride a breeze! My room was spotless and comfy, perfect for recharging after a long day.
